Sizing
How do the tees fit?
Unisex classic cut — straight through the body, not tapered. If you're between sizes and want it closer to the body, size down. If you want it relaxed, take your normal size.
Will it shrink?
Minimally. It's pre-shrunk combed ringspun cotton. Wash cold and hang or tumble low and it will hold its size.
Care
How do I keep the print sharp?
Wash inside out, cold, with like colours. Skip the fabric softener — it sits on top of the print and dulls it. Tumble low or hang dry. Never iron directly on the print.
Will the print crack?
Not if you wash it cold and inside out. Heat is what breaks prints down, not washing.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Everything is made to order, so there's a short window before production starts. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and we'll catch it if we can.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if the order hasn't shipped. Once there's a tracking number the address is locked in with the carrier.
My tracking hasn't updated.
Carrier scans can lag a day or two after collection. If nothing has moved after five working days, email us and we'll chase it.
