Shipping
Orders are made to order and printed within the EU. Production takes 2–3 working days, and delivery takes a further 2–5 working days depending on the destination country.

Because everything ships from inside the EU, there are no customs charges or import duties on EU deliveries.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, for a full refund of the item price.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the return arriving.
Exchanges
Wrong size is the easiest mistake to make and the easiest to fix. The first exchange ships free — email us with your order number and the size you need.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't what you ordered, send a photo with your order number and we'll replace it at no cost. No need to send the original back.
Your statutory rights
Customers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Directive. The 30-day policy above is offered in addition to that right and does not replace it.
